Hyderabad: Break traffic rule, be constable for a day

Hyderabad: Shwetal Rai / CNN-IBN Published on Sat, Feb 23, 2008, in nation section

Decent idea but I don't think they will be able to implement it? How are they going to get a politician's child or a goonda to be a cop for a day?

Do you mean that it's only when you jay walk that you get to stop vehicles like a traffic cop and thus play the role of a traffic cop? Is this just part of the culture?
